Lane Simons Cues are handcrafted in my one man shop. The hit of the cue is my number one priority. I also like doing deep cut points with matching inlays that are hand cut to sharp edges. All glue joints in the cue are subjected to high pressure for a more solid hit. Most of my wood is 10 plus years old, so it's very stable.

I began repairing cues in 1975 while working at a pool hall in Oregon. I made my first cue in 1985 while living in Houston. After moving to Atlanta I expanded my shop and began making cues on a regular basis in 1992 until present.
I like planning a cue project with my customer so it is truly a custom cue designed around his or her needs and desires. This creates a cue that many times will be one of a kind.
